Amman Valley School of Dance (AVSD) is a recognized "Council for Dance Education and Training" (CDET) school who are committed to promote and provide dance classes in a safe and healthy environment, valuing each pupil as an individual to make their dance experience an enjoyable part of their lives, fostering confidence, self discipline and self esteem. The school has been established since 1990 and maintains a high standard of professional tuition in various styles of dance, including: Ballet, Tap, Modern, Freestyle Disco, Street, Slow, Cheer, Line Dance and Musical Theatre.Great News! We have added two more classes to our schedule, at a cost of £4 per class, they are:
New “Mum and Me” (mums with under 3′s) class with Georgina on Monday mornings at 10am to 11am
New “Adult Funky Fitness” with Emma on Friday evenings at 7.30pm to 8.30pm

Because lots of our young dancers have recently done so well in taking their medal tests and we now have the results we are holding a family social night with dancing and some performances on Saturday 6th March 2010 in the Brynamman Rugby Club.
The evening will start at 7pm and tickets are £3.00 which includes food.

Here at Amman Valley School of Dance we are all getting very excited about Brean Sands and the 16th European Championship to be held there. When we get back we will have lots of stories, reports on the competition results and photos to share, so do check the website regularly.
